Professional Dining Etiquette (Winter/Spring 2007)

Whether you are trying to impress a prospective employer during a lunch interview or advance yourself professionally within your organization, you need to know the "Peas and Q's" of dining etiquette. A few tips include:

• Break off and eat one bite-size piece of bread at a time
• Exchange business cards only after the meal
• Do not drink when a toast is offered in your honor
