Karen Litzinger has been a career services professional
for over 25 years. Her expertise includes career counseling, job
search coaching, and outplacement consulting. Karen also presents training on business etiquette topics, including power mingling and dining etiquette, and she is currently president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Speakers Association.
Karen has an M.A. from Michigan State University
in Higher Education Administration with a focus in Career Education,
and a B.A. in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
Karen's past positions include Director of Career Services at Chatham
College, Career Center Associate Director at Carnegie Mellon University,
and Outplacement Consultant at DBM, an international consulting
firm.
Karen has been awarded special membership status
as a Master Career Development Professional through the National
Career Development Association. She is the only career counselor
from Western Pennsylvania listed with this prestigious status on
the NCDA web site.
